About the Opportunity
A well-established U.S.-based manufacturer of excavator conversions and attachments is seeking a Territory Manager to drive international growth. With an existing global presence and strong industry reputation, this role will focus on expanding business across Latin America and Canada.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow international sales
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Build relationships with dealers, distributors, and end users
  • Provide technical guidance on product applications and solutions
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
  • Track activity, forecasts, and pipeline within CRM
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of sales experience in construction equipment
  • Strong knowledge of excavators and attachment applications
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Comfortable with technical sales and solution-based selling
  • Ability to work independently in a remote territory
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Travel Requirements
  • Up to 50% travel
  • Primarily international travel across Latin America and Canada
  • Must be located near a major international airport
