Sous Chef (Pastry Experience Preferred)


We are seeking a talented Sous Chef with strong pastry experience to join our culinary team. This is a hands-on leadership role for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, including prep, service, and staff supervision.
  • Lead pastry production, including breads, desserts, and specialty items, ensuring consistency and creativity.
  • Uphold food quality, presentation, and safety standards.
  • Assist in menu development and seasonal specials.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.



Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or strong line cook experience with growth potential.
  • Professional pastry and baking experience required.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Culinary degree or certification preferred, but not required.
