Sous Chef

Responsibilities include

• Ensuring high-quality food standards for every item served
• Supporting the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Deputising for the Head Chef when needed
• Training kitchen staff and managing stock levels

Ideal candidates will have previous kitchen experience, a passion for food and hospitality, strong teamwork skills, and a flexible, upbeat attitude.
