The Role

As Sous Chef, you'll partner closely with the Head Chef to lead kitchen operations, drive execution, and develop a high-performing BOH team — while bringing the Eureka! culinary experience to life every day.

What You'll Do

Support and lead daily BOH operations in a high-volume restaurant Coach, train, and develop kitchen team members Execute recipes, systems, and brand standards with precision Manage food cost, waste, inventory, and labor efficiency Ensure food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance Partner with FOH leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences Help build a kitchen culture where people want to stay and grow

What You Bring

3+ years of Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience in high-volume or casual dining Strong leadership and people-development skills Scratch kitchen experience required Passion for quality, execution, and kitchen culture Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain)
