Overall Responsibility
The Sous Chef assists the chef in preparing and cooking large quantities of food for the children and staff of Flance Early Learning Center. Responsible for ensuring the timely washing and cleaning of tableware, pots, pans, and cooking/kitchen equipment. Ensures the sanitation & cleanliness of kitchen.
