Seeking a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations in a fun, friendly neighborhood tavern.
- Ensure the preparation of nutritious, safe, visually appealing, and flavorful food while maintaining a sanitary work environment.

- Supervise and develop kitchen staff, uphold health and safety regulations, and promote a positive, team-oriented culture.
- Maintain professional appearance, support company philosophies, and protect financial assets through cost management.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, laws, and sanitation standards.
- Directly supervise all kitchen associates, including hiring, training, performance appraisals, and discipline.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years of Sous Chef experience, display leadership, positivity, and teamwork, and possess a genuine approach to hospitality.
