We are seeking an experienced full-time Sous Chef passionate about delivering exceptional food. This leadership role involves overseeing kitchen operations across various facilities and events, supporting the executive team, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Responsibilities include:
Schedule averages 50 hours/week with evenings, weekends, early mornings, and holidays required. Requirements include 5+ years of culinary experience with supervisory roles or 8+ years without, formal culinary training, ServSafe certification, valid driver’s license, and Spanish skills a plus.
