Responsibilities include
- hands-on production cooking, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining quality, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
- Ensure menu quality, appearance, and dietary compliance while preparing meals efficiently and accurately.
- Visit residents to assess food service and implement improvements.
- Represent the community warmly, fostering a positive environment that supports business growth and resident engagement.
Qualifications include a
- high school diploma, culinary degree preferred, and 3-5 years of cooking experience. Management experience is a plus.
- The position pays starting at $18/hour, with weekend availability required.
