What You'll Do
- Assist in leading and mentoring kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Support menu development and execute creative, quality cuisine
- Manage kitchen operations during service, ensuring efficiency and consistency
- Oversee food preparation, plating, and adherence to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with leadership on inventory management and kitchen organization
- Train team members on techniques, recipes, and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a restaurant setting
