Join our Food & Beverage team at The Oasis at Death Valley, home to the historic AAA Four Diamond Inn and Ranch in the heart of Death Valley National Park.
As Sous Chef, you'll help lead daily kitchen operations, oversee food production across multiple dining outlets, manage and develop kitchen staff, control food and labor costs, and ensure exceptional food quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of kitchen leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of high-volume food production, sanitation, and cost controls
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
