country is currently accepting resumes for the Sous Chef position.
We are looking for an experienced sous chef to
work directly under the executive chef and to be responsible for leading and distributing
the tasks of the daily operations in our kitchen. We want you to use your
culinary experience and managerial skills in order to co-lead and run a
successful kitchen and thus ultimately maintaining and enhancing our guests'
satisfaction. You should have a passion for service and you're a positive and
committed team player who also can take a leadership role and coach the rest of
the kitchen team to achieving a higher level of success. You are a talented and
creative chef that is passionate about creating sensational meals. We also see
that you feel comfortable in fast-paced situations where you can prioritize and
see solutions where others see problems, and you are willing to contribute your
experience to our already highly skilled team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Make sure the kitchen is running smoothly by
supervising and motivating the other kitchen staff
*All food preparation meets our quality
standards
*Assist the executive chef in planning and
creating food when necessary
*Maintain a positive and professional approach
REQUIREMENTS:
*Previous experience as a Sous chef
*Knowledge of various cooking methods
*Excellent leadership and organizational skills
*Ability to keep calm under stressful situations
