The Sourcing Specialist II manages supplier relationships to meet delivery, quality, new product integration, and cost goals.
Working cross-functionally, they lead resource coordination for vehicle production support, executing commodity strategies.
Responsibilities include leading resource alignment, conducting supplier negotiations, supporting cost reduction initiatives, monitoring supplier performance, and managing procurement activities such as RFQs, contracts, and tooling negotiations.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field, 2+ years of purchasing or relevant experience, strong negotiation and project management skills, and effective communication.
Work is onsite for training, then hybrid, with some travel. The role demands organization, collaboration, and technical understanding within a fast-paced environment.
