The Judge Group's direct client in the Banking Sector is seeking a "Sourcing Operations Analyst". This is an on-site I role in Waterbury, CT, and one round MS Teams Video Interview.

Internal Stakeholder interaction only – work with the team. 3 people on the team w/ sourcing operations & strategic sourcing team. 5 people on strategic sourcing.
o They work closely with them all on a daily basis.
o Working with A/P teams as well
o Need to be a good team player since they work closely together and have worked closely together for a long time.
Job Description:
Issue and maintain Purchase Orders. Obtain the required approvals and documentation. Administer catalogues and online vendor sites for ordering office supplies/forms. Review and process internal purchasing requests. Interface with vendors as needed. Assist in the timely resolution of procurement-related issues by following established policies, procedures, and guidelines. Enter and maintain data in the iProcurement tool. Perform vendor maintenance, including adding new vendors and updating existing vendors. Ensure proper compliance by performing TIN checks and OFAC screening in accordance with policy. Working on setting up suppliers & vendor maintenance in the system.
