Job Description
The LACSourcing Manager – Card Benefits Insurance is responsible for leading the strategic sourcing, supplier management, and commercial strategy for the Insurance sub‑category within Card Benefits Products across the Latin America & Caribbean (LAC) region.
This role partners closely with Product and Commercial Solutions Services teams to ensure the sourcing of insurance‑based benefits—such as travel insurance, purchase protection, and related coverage—delivers strong commercial outcomes, risk mitigation, scalability, and high‑quality cardholder experiences. The role operates within a global, matrixed organization and plays a key role in advancing Visa’s Card Benefits value proposition in LAC markets.

Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Insurance, or a related field. • Minimum 6 years experience in strategic sourcing or category management, with proven ownership of complex, high‑value categories. • Experience working with insurance providers, financial services products, or regulated service categories. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting Card Benefits, Insurance, Financial Services, or Product‑led categories. • Strong understanding of insurance commercial models, risk considerations, and service‑level structures. • Experience operating in regional or global sourcing organizations, preferably with LAC market exposure. • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder‑influencing skills. • Fluency in English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred. • Key Competencies • Strategic category leadership • Commercial and risk acumen • Executive stakeholder management • Supplier performance and relationship management • Results‑driven execution in matrixed environments

The estimated salary range for this position is $109,800.00 to $ 175,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
