The Sourcing Manager, CAPEX, is responsible for leading regional sourcing activities for major capital investment projects across North American enzyme production and manufacturing sites.
They develop and execute procurement strategies, manage supplier selection, negotiate contracts, and oversee supplier performance to ensure cost, quality, risk, and sustainability goals are met.
Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of procurement experience—preferably in CAPEX or project sourcing—and strong skills in contract management, negotiation, and supplier relationships.
Key skills include strategic sourcing, familiarity with SAP and e-procurement tools, and excellent communication.
Location options include hybrid roles in WI or NC, with 20% travel.
Compensation ranges from $95,000 to $115,000, with comprehensive benefits.
