We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Sourcing Analyst to support strategic sourcing and cost reduction initiatives within a fast-paced, high-performing organization. This role will analyze supplier, spending, demand, forecasting, logistics, and market data to identify cost-saving opportunities and provide actionable business insights to sourcing leaders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sourcing, spend, supplier, demand, shipping, and market data to identify cost reduction opportunities
• Partner with sourcing/procurement leaders to provide insights and recommendations based on trends and competitive market activity
• Support supplier quoting, sourcing initiatives, and product transfer analysis
• Turn raw data into meaningful, business-focused insights and presentations
• Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or related analytics roles
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into business recommendations
• Experience working with supplier, sourcing, spend, logistics, or demand data
• Hardware, electronics, manufacturing, or industrial industry experience is a plus
• BI/reporting experience helpful, but this is a business-focused analytics role
