Sourcing Analyst

Kforce is working with a client looking to add a Sourcing Analyst to their team. Candidates must live in Greater Saint Louis, Missouri (MO) and work a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite at client).

Role Purpose: The candidate will provide end-to-end support for sourcing events by assisting with tender preparation, managing bid processes, analyzing supplier responses, and maintaining standardized templates and data to ensure consistent execution.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop tender documentation, bid comparison tools, and supplier communication materials
• Coordinate timelines, inputs, and follow-ups throughout sourcing events
• Consolidate and evaluate supplier bids across key commercial and performance criteria
• Maintain templates, trackers, and data files to support repeatable sourcing processes
• Summarize results and key insights for category managers and sourcing leaders
• Take ownership of tasks and communicates clearly with stakeholders
