- **Training & Documentation:** Develop and deliver training sessions for clients and internal teams. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and processes.
- **Support & Troubleshooting:** Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and serving as a liaison between clients and the technical support team.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Contribute to product improvement efforts based on customer feedback and experiences.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar role within a technology-focused organization.
