SOLUTIONS ENGINEER — INTEGRATIONS & AI

In this role, you will: Design, build, and maintain customer integrations between DIGIDECK and CRM/marketing platforms — HubSpot, Salesforce, SimpleView, SponsorCX, ticketing systems — including field mapping, automations, data processors, and custom JavaScript code steps. This role sits at the intersection of pre-sales and delivery: you will scope integrations with prospects, then build them; you will configure DIGI, our AI presentation engine, for new customers, then tune it until their reps get reliably great results.

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to own the technical bridge between DIGIDECK and our customers' systems and to lead the AI enablement work that is quickly becoming the heart of every implementation. This role sits at the intersection of pre-sales and delivery: you will scope integrations with prospects, then build them; you will configure DIGI, our AI presentation engine, for new customers, then tune it until their reps get reliably great results. It's the right role for someone who is technical enough to debug a webhook payload, consultative enough to run a discovery call with a client's IT team, and genuinely energized by making AI tools work in the real world.

 

In this role, you will:

• Design, build, and maintain customer integrations between DIGIDECK and CRM/marketing platforms — HubSpot, Salesforce, SimpleView, SponsorCX, ticketing systems — including field mapping, automations, data processors, and custom JavaScript code steps.
• Lead technical discovery with prospects and client IT teams: evaluate third-party systems, define integration architecture, and scope effort for SOWs.
• Own AI enablement for new customers: configure DIGI Builder, write and tune prompt libraries, design AI use cases, and proactively test against the prompts customers will actually use.
• Build Guided Selling experiences — form logic, data selectors, and dynamic content rules that personalize presentations at scale.
• Support the sales team as the technical voice in deals: run technical demos, stand up custom demo environments, and field prospect solutions questions (~20% of your time).
• Partner with Engineering on solution gaps, escalations, and turning recurring integration patterns into platform capabilities.

 

Required Skills

• 3+ years in a solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or technical consulting role at a SaaS company.
• Hands-on integration experience: REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, JSON payload debugging, and middleware tools like Zapier.
• Working proficiency in at least one major CRM — HubSpot or Salesforce — including objects, workflows, and automations.
• JavaScript fundamentals sufficient to write and debug integration code steps; comfort with HTML/CSS.
• Demonstrated aptitude with AI tools: prompt engineering, configuring LLM-powered products, and evaluating output quality.
• Strong client-facing communication — able to translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain technical concepts in plain language.
• Proven ability to write SOWs and estimate technical effort accurately.

 

Bonus Skills

• Analytics and BI tooling experience (Holistics, Looker, or similar).
• Python or other scripting for data transformation.
• Prior experience at a sales enablement or presentation platform company.
