OVERVIEW We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Solutions Consultant to support engagements centered on process improvement, automation, and system integration. Working alongside senior consultants and delivery teams, this role provides hands-on exposure to solution design and client advisory — ideal for a consultant looking to grow their technical depth and expand their client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Strategy
Build working relationships with clients, helping align business goals with technology and automation solutions
Lead discovery sessions to assess workflows, systems, and operational gaps
Translate business objectives into actionable solution roadmaps under senior guidance
Solution Design & Architecture
Design solutions across automation platforms, integrations, and workflow systems
Apply best practices for solution design, governance, and performance optimization
Automation & Process Optimization
Identify inefficiencies and redesign processes to improve performance and reduce manual work
Optimize workflows and automation systems for scalability and cost efficiency
Pre-Sales & Growth Enablement
Lead structured discovery sessions to map client pain points, define success criteria, and build the business case for change
Develop and deliver tailored solution demos and proof-of-concept builds that accelerate prospect confidence and drive evaluation decisions
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, connecting unmet process needs to platform capabilities
Delivery & Execution
Support end-to-end project delivery, assisting in the management of scope, schedules, and budgets under senior oversight
Assist in identifying and processing change requests, ensuring impacts to timeline, cost, and scope are documented and communicated to clients
Develop and maintain project documentation including requirements, technical specs, delivery plans, and status reporting
Serve as a client point of contact during delivery, managing day-to-day communication and escalating issues appropriately
Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams
Provide clear communication, risk management, and progress updates
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted
2–4+ years in consulting, solutions architecture, or business transformation with demonstrable client-facing impact
Exposure to pre-sales or client-facing solution scoping preferred
Working knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and process automation principles
Strategic Thinking & Systems Mindset — Connects business goals to scalable solution design; sees upstream and downstream impact across people, process, and technology
Process Optimization & Automation Expertise — Identifies operational inefficiencies and translates them into structured automation and workflow improvements
Client Communication & Influence — Delivers clear, compelling narratives to both technical teams and client stakeholders; adapts message to audience
Technical Aptitude — Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code systems; ability to prototype solutions and credibly lead technical conversations with client IT teams
Client Relationship Management — Builds trust-based relationships that support long-term client satisfaction and account growth
