SIMStation is currently searching for a full-time Solutions Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare education and simulation leaders across the Central East Region.

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare, medical simulation, clinical education, or a related consulting or customer-facing role strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of medical education, training environments, or simulation technology
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders
• Consultative mindset with a passion for solving customer challenges
• Comfortable facilitating virtual software demonstrations (Microsoft Teams preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Education, or a related field preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
• Must reside in MST or PST and live near a major U.S. airport
• Valid U.S. passport and driver’s license required

Responsibilities

Customer Discovery & Solution Consulting:

• Partner with prospective and existing customers to understand their simulation workflows, educational objectives, and technical requirements
• Act as a subject-matter expert, guiding customers through solution options and best practices
• Translate customer needs into thoughtfully designed SIMStation system configurations

Opportunity Development & Lifecycle Support:

• Collaborate with Marketing to engage qualified leads and guide them through a consultative evaluation process
• Support opportunities through longer, relationship-driven sales cycles, ensuring alignment between customer goals and proposed solutions

System Design & Quoting:

• Design SIMStation solutions tailored to customer environments and use cases
• Develop accurate and well-structured quotes that reflect both customer needs and business requirements

Product Presentations & Demonstrations:

• Deliver engaging, educational product presentations and software demonstrations—both virtual and in person
• Clearly articulate the value of SIMStation solutions within healthcare education and simulation programs

Collaboration & Commercial Support:

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial consultation through purchase
• Support pricing discussions and contract alignment in a collaborative, customer-first manner

Conferences, Events & Industry Engagement:

• Attend major industry conferences and tradeshows across the U.S. and Canada
• Build relationships with educators, simulation leaders, and industry partners while staying current on market trends
