Solutions Center Representative Life Insurance Pay Rate : $19 per hour, paid weekly Location of Assignment: This role offers remote and hybrid potential. This is a hire-from-anywhere role, candidates who live within 35 miles of the Scottsdale office are required to work onsite every Tuesday and Wednesday after training. Training lasts five weeks and is fully virtual for all candidates, including those near the Scottsdale office. Arizona: 18700 North Hayden Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85255 Candidates outside the 35mile radius may be eligible for fully remote work. Training Schedule: Weeks 15: MondayFriday, 10:00 a.m.6:30 p.m. EST (subject to adjustment) Week 5: Flexible schedules within a MondayFriday, 9:00 a.m.8:00 p.m. EST Post-Training Schedule Post-training hours are flexible within a 10:00 a.m.8:00 p.m. EST window, based on business needs *Schedules are established well in advance *Candidates within 35 miles of the Scottsdale office follow a hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote Target Start Date: 07/06/26, upon completion of new hire onboarding Position Summary: As a Solutions Center Representative, youll deliver exceptional service to members, partners, and financial professionals. Youll understand high-level product/plan requirements in order to best handle inquiries, resolve account concerns, and educate customers on plan benefits, all while building strong relationships. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from members, partners and financial professionals Interpret policy changes and provide expert guidance Maintain records and use insights to enhance customer relationships Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies Educate customers on financial implications, penalties, and plan benefits Strive for first-call resolution and collaborate with internal teams on escalated cases when needed Participate in career development and goal-setting sessions Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; Recent degree in finance, business, insurance, economics, or communications preferred Experience: 1 year in customer service or sales Skills: Knowledge of various insurance products and the sales process Solid understanding of legal implications of certain product features in different states Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Computer proficiency Upon acceptance of offer, candidates will be required to submit to a 10-year criminal background check, urinalysis drug screen, and soft credit screen.
