The Solutions Architect - Plant Technologies codes, tests, and debugs existing applications programs based on specifications. Evaluates functionality of specific portions or modules of an existing application. Revises code, troubleshoots bugs, tests fixes and verifies functionality based on customer need or feedback. Experience working with modern technologies (e.g., .NET, Azure, React, GraphQL). Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and support models. Experience managing or supporting third-party vendors. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities: Support the Senior Manager, Non-ERP Applications in managing and setting direction for a portfolio of applications across multiple technologies (e.g., .NET, Azure, React, GraphQL, and third-party software). Oversee day-to-day application operations, including technical support, user support, and vendor management. Ensure system performance, reliability, and availability across supported applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and align application solutions. Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution, upgrades, and ongoing system improvements. Support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of applications within the portfolio. Troubleshoot complex application issues and drive resolution. Contribute to process improvements and optimization of application support workflows. Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and support procedures. Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned. Leadership Expectations: Acts as a lead individual contributor with a high degree of autonomy. Handles the most complex technical and operational issues. Provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members. May serve as a lead or first-level supervisor.
