Job Description:
Lead the modernization of healthcare payer systems by designing scalable solutions and creating long-term technology roadmaps.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assess and document current state systems and architecture
• Identify failure points and design modern, scalable solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop 5–10 year strategic technology roadmaps
• Support digital transformation initiatives in Medicare/Medicaid
• Design and support integrations (EDI, SQL, Informatica)
• Communicate findings and recommendations to business and IT leaders

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 5–7 years in solution architecture (not application-focused)
  • Experience with Medicare and Medicaid, especially dual eligibility
  • Large-scale project experience in healthcare payer environments
  • Digital transformation project experience
  • Hands-on with SQL, EDI, and integration tools (e.g., Informatica)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt in a change-resistant environment

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Community Health Choices (CHC)
  • Exposure to HealthEdge HealthRules, Oracle, Salesforce
  • Broader healthcare data integration experience
