Job Title: Solutions Architect - Indirect RV & Marine Lending Origination
Length of Contract: 3 months
Possibility of Extension?: Yes, program will continue in 2027 financial year.
Location (required): Good to have Chicago / Naperville location Not mandatory.
Is this role remote?: Yes, for right candidate. Local candidate 2 days in office (Mondays & Thursdays)

We are seeking a hands-on Solution Architect to lead architecture strategy, modernization, and governance for the Indirect RV & Marine Lending Origination domain. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with high visibility and broad exposure to end-to-end architecture processes. The position is based in Chicago, with the flexibility of remote work for the right candidate. Local candidates are expected to work in the office on Mondays and Thursdays.

Key Responsibilities

• Domain & Solution Architecture:
  • Own end-to-end Solution Architecture for Indirect RV & Marine Lending initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain Business Capability Maps, Current-State and Target-State Architectures, Solution Architecture Documents, and Integration and Data Flow Diagrams.
  • Translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions.
• Lending Domain Expertise:
  • Architect solutions supporting the complete lending lifecycle, including dealer onboarding, customer acquisition, application intake, KYC, fraud prevention, underwriting, pricing, contract generation, funding, loan booking, and core banking integration.
• Integration & Technology Architecture:
  • Design and govern real-time, near real-time, batch, and event-driven integrations.
  • Implement API-first and Microservices architectures.
  • Manage enterprise integrations with Loan Origination Systems, Core Banking Platforms, Servicing Platforms, CRIF platforms, and more.
• Modernization & Transformation:
  • Lead LOS modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Develop migration and coexistence strategies between legacy and target-state platforms.
  • Drive conversion initiatives such as Sibel to CRIF or similar Origination System migrations.
• Architecture Governance:
  • Produce high-quality architecture artifacts and executive-level documentation.
  • Lead architecture reviews and secure approvals through TDRC and ARB.
  • Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Risk, and Data Governance standards.

Qualifications

• 10 years of technology experience with significant Solution Architecture experience.
• Deep expertise in processes and dealer ecosystems.
• Experience working with multi teams and clearing architecture decisions through governance processes.
• Hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale lending solutions.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Expertise in API-first architecture, Microservices and domain-driven design, Event-driven architecture, Messaging and integration patterns, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and high-volume, scalable application architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Indirect RV & Marine Lending Origination.
• Experience with ArchiMate / iServer.
• Experience with CRIF lending, credit, and decisioning platforms.
• Experience integrating with XAM or similar servicing systems.
• Experience with LOS replacement, modernization, and conversion programs.
• TOGAF, AWS, or Azure certifications are a plus.

Interview Process

The interview process consists of two rounds, including a Teams interview and an in-person interview. The interview dates are scheduled from July 16th & 21st onwards.
