Job Title: Solution Strategist

Location: Full Time / Fully Remote

We are currently seeking an experienced Solution Strategist to lead the discovery and implementation of advanced technologies in the manufacturing space. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of operational excellence, digital transformation, and GMP manufacturing.

The Solution Strategist will influence the end-to-end strategy, from stakeholder discovery and process mapping to implementation, ensuring that new technologies are effectively implemented across diverse site environments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can operate with equal fluency in a manufacturing environment and executive-level presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed process flow maps, journey maps, gap analyses, and future-state models that translate high-level requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Evaluate site-specific operational needs that led to standardized solution frameworks.
  • Partner with cross-functional global teams (designers, strategists, developers, and SMEs) to understand and meet complex compliance and GMP requirements Lead and facilitate cross-functional workshops, working sessions, and executive discussions.
  • Build trust across stakeholders and drive alignment in complex, multi-layered environments. Proven ability to move from research → insight → strategy → execution in complex environments.
  • Demonstrated applied AI-forward mindset, with a focus on AI tools within strategic workflows.
  • Solid understanding of technology-enabled business transformation and system implementations.
  • Excel at operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Serve as a solution architect, leading the strategy, design, and implementation of value-driven solutions across the manufacturing portfolio, ensuring solutions drive measurable impact over time.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PPT).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with workshop leadership & facilitation with both virtual and in-person environments.
  • Exceptional process mapping and business analysis skills; proficiency in tools such as Miro or equivalent.
  • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to distil complex technical concepts for senior leadership discussions.
  • Experience working within a multi-workstream global organization.

Required Start Time: Due to national and international operations, a start time of 8 a.m. EST is required.
