Position: Solution Manager
Location: Buffalo, NY onsite

What You'll Need to Have:

3-5+ years of direct hands-on experience in minerals processing, mining engineering, or industrial manufacturing
Deep technical and commercial knowledge of mining operations, ideally with direct experience working in mines or education from a mining-focused program
Direct experience with wet/dry screening technology or separation equipment is highly preferred
Proven ability to bridge complex engineering concepts and commercial value
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to conduct high-level discovery sessions and aggregate complex information into actionable insights for leadership and technical teams
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Mining preferred) or Business Strategy
Demonstrated ability to quickly master new, complex industrial sectors and translate market knowledge into clear product requirements and business cases
