This hands‑on, high‑impact role requires deep pre‑sales expertise and engineering mastery to guide enterprise clients through automation and Agentic AI adoption.What you'll be doingRun great technical discovery sessions with AEs, uncovering business problems, technical blockers, and mapping architecture constraints to optimized "To‑Be" processes.Prototype and build Proof‑of‑Concepts (PoCs) and minimum‑viable prototypes, ingesting historical event logs into Apromore to validate technical feasibility for agentic automations and cost‑saving initiatives.Data configuration & architecture – guide customers on end‑to‑end data connectivity, design robust process data models, build ETL pipelines, and integrate enterprise data ecosystems such as Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, or legacy ERPs.Deliver value‑based technical messaging – translate working prototypes into solid business cases, helping executive decision‑makers understand how process optimization maps to financial impact.De‑risk Agentic AI deployments – demonstrate how clear process context, handoffs, and workflows are required to deploy agents safely and productively within trust guardrails.Deliver training & consultancy projects – lead professional‑service engagements in process intelligence, technical onboarding, and specialized training programs, ensuring successful customer adoption.Scale engineering impact – contribute reusable assets, reference architectures, demo innovations, and mentor junior Solution Engineers.What you should have5+ years of experience in customer‑facing technical selling or project delivery roles (Solution Engineer, Technical/Solution Architect, Forward‑Deployed Engineer).Process intelligence expertise – experience with process analytics, mining, task mining, simulation, and data‑driven business process management.Strong data engineering skills – proficiency in SQL, Python, and building data pipelines and API integrations.AI fluency – familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic orchestration frameworks.Sales instinct & commercial curiosity – understanding of how pre‑sales fits into a complex enterprise deal cycle.Exceptional relationship building – ability to communicate technical concepts fluidly to C‑suite executives and technical teams.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science/AI, or a related field.CharacteristicsOutstanding blend of technical depth, strategic business acumen, and low‑ego collaboration.Agile, "roll‑up‑your‑sleeves" mindset that favors progress over perfection.Intellectual openness and comfort navigating ambiguity.CompensationThe typical base salary range for this position is $88,970 – $244,510 annually.
