Job Summary:
In this strategic role within Professional Services, you would define and design the Reltio Data Cloud solution and architecture for Customer implementations leveraging MDM principles and Reltio's best practices while ensuring quality, efficiency, and accuracy of implementations for Reltio, our implementation partners, and our customers. The role covers all customer-facing, partner-facing, and internal processes within Professional Services and is the most senior technical resource within Professional Services.
What you would be doing:
Overall project oversight over technical and architectural Reltio MDM solution designs including management and responsibility of Reltio deliverables
Support customers and partners with functional requirements and translation of such requirements into technical designs within Reltio's capabilities while adhering to best practices
Lead project teams (Customer, Partner, and Reltio) through the process of decision making and design considerations
Proactively manage the Customer and Partner in their design of Reltio solutions to minimize extensions to the platform and with emphasizes on time to value for our customers
Proactively manage Customer expectations of the Reltio platform and its capabilities
Lead teams of architects, consultants, and developers, onshore and offshore remote and on-site, through the successful design, configuration and testing of Reltio solutions
Support several engagements concurrently
Infrastructure and platform oversight including escalation of product issues
Coordination with Product Management, Customer Success, Dev Ops, and Engineering if needed
Develop meaningful trusted relationships with Customer and Partner resources
Be the face of Reltio to each Customer on a day to day basis
Develop repeatable assets such as methodologies, tools, templates, guidelines for the betterment of the Professional Services practice.
Expertise you must have:
Master Data Management (MDM) principles, business use cases, capabilities delivered, value created, and opportunities uncovered
Deep technical knowledge of architectural designs including integration approaches
Ability to support multiple customer projects simultaneously with onshore/offshore teams
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and development skills
Advanced analytics business use cases, capabilities delivered, value created and opportunities uncovered
Software as a Service / Cloud delivery
Time management skills and mentoring of Customer, Partner, and Reltio resources.
Experience you must have:
At least 10 years enterprise level experience, within a professional services organization, leading and delivering moderate to complex solutions
Ownership of at least 2 end-to-end implementations of Enterprise MDM software applications such as Informatica, SAP, Oracle or equivalent
Technology experience or awareness in the following:
MDM solutions
NoSQL, Graph databases, JSON
Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST
Cloud integration tools including SnapLogic, Mulesoft, or Informatica
Object Oriented software application design and development – Java
Bachelor of Science degree in Technology, Engineering or equivalent
Experience nice to have:
Reltio MDM knowledge / experience
CRM systems (SFDC, Veeva), ERP, accounting systems, provisioning systems
Financial Force PSA knowledge a plus
Agile Scrum certification
Cloud certifications with AWS, GCP and Azure are highly desirable
Master's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering) a pl
