Roles & Responsibilities
Lead estimation process for new projects & change requests
Own the estimates during delivery by ensuring effective utilization of time
Create and maintain detailed development plan and report status to Project Manager
Evaluate what reusable assets can be leveraged to streamline delivery, reduce efforts and improve quality
Creates designs that can be harvested as reusable assets
Create high level technical test scenarios for best coverage of tech requirements
Lead the technical requirements gathering and refinement
Lead the architectural design and solution
Consult with Client on configuration and implementation questions
Consult with Client on technical subject matter
Coordinate with the Business Analyst to ensure technical requirements, design, and implementation align with functional
Resolve technical risks and issues
Contribute to the BRD and QATP deliverables
Produce and maintain the technical deliverables
Oversee technical implementation
