Job Description

We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise integration, API-first and event-driven architectures, and cloud and a proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery from design through build, test, deployment, and post go-live.

Responsibilities:

• Lead solution architecture and technical design for the JMS program with focus on scalability, reliability, security, and standards alignment.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery across design, build, test, deployment, and post go-live stabilization.
• Define and govern API-first and event-driven architectures.
• Incorporate AI-enabled capabilities into solution designs for automation, intelligent routing, data enrichment, analytics, and operational insights.
• Partner with development, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams to drive execution.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with offshore delivery teams through clear designs, documentation, and technical oversight.
• Support migration and modernization initiatives, including legacy transitions.
• Act as a technical liaison, translating business needs into well-architected solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Lead.
• Proven delivery across full lifecycle: design, build, test, and go live.
• Hands-on experience with API gateways (Apigee preferred) and event-driven systems such as Solace, Kafka, or MQ.
• Secure, PII-aware architecture design including data masking/unmasking and encryption in transit and at rest.
• AI/ML integration experience for automation, data analysis, decision support, and operational intelligence, with knowledge of model integration patterns, data needs, and governance.
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred) and close collaboration with DevOps teams.
• Comfort operating hands on, not limited to advisory work.
• Experience with .NET preferred or Java.
• Experience in hybrid onsite/offshore delivery models and migration or modernization programs.

Preferred Skills:

• Applying AI to integration platforms, messaging workflows, or operational monitoring.
• Familiarity with data pipelines and analytics that support AI solutions.
• Experience in regulated environments with strong data governance.
• Experience with Large Language Model applications, such as Claude Code (CLI).
• Experience in AI-assisted development.
• Experience with Lucid.
