Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in solution architecture, Java/Spring Boot, AWS, Microservices, API design, and cloud-native technologies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications.
Create High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
Design scalable Microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
Define solution decomposition, integration strategy, and domain architecture.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Lead architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Create epics, user stories, and technical tasks for Agile delivery teams.
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
Design cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services.
Implement best practices for scalability, security, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Drive CI/CD adoption and DevOps best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Mentor development teams and review architecture, code quality, and implementation approaches.
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills
6-8+ years of Solution Architecture experience.
Strong experience creating HLD, LLD, architecture documentation, and solution designs.
Extensive experience with Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture and REST API design.
Experience with AWS cloud services.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift.
Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and design principles.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis.
Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading technical teams and driving solution implementation.
