JOB DESCRIPTION:
Solution Design & Architecture

Define and design scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs.
Create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and design documents.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and standards.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams.
Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance.
Present solution options, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Technology Leadership

Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and tools.
Define integration patterns and data flow architectures.
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements.
Drive adoption of best practices across development and operations teams.

Delivery Support

Support project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
Review technical designs, code, and implementation approaches.
Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies.
Assist with proof-of-concepts (POCs) and technical feasibility assessments.

Cloud & Infrastructure

Design cloud-native or hybrid solutions using platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Ensure scalability, availability, disaster recovery, and performance requirements are met.
Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams for deployment strategies.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

8 years of IT experience with 3 years in solution architecture or technical leadership roles.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications and digital transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
