Solution Administrator Lead - ERPPosition SummaryThe Solution Administration Lead is responsible for managing, mentoring, and supporting our Oracle ERP solution admin team. As the Solution Administrator Lead, your time will be spent defining and implementing proactive processes for supporting the Oracle ERP implementation, providing end user support, and owning the identity access management process. This position will also be responsible for identifying root cause analysis on issues and identifying trends in support incidents. An ideal candidate enjoys digging into a problem and setting up systems for others to follow with assisting team members.About The TeamThe Solution Administrator Lead will manage support for our Oracle Could Applications for Clayton Homes. This Team works closely with Technology Development Teams, Risk Analysts, ETO Engineering Teams and Security to ensure the Oracle environment is being supported effectively for the enterprise.
