Specializing in residential installation across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, & Delaware. Join our dynamic team as a Solar Consultant and become a vital part of the renewable energy revolution! In this energetic role, you will engage with prospective clients, provide customer support, and drive sales for solar energy solutions. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help educate customers about the benefits of solar power while guiding them through the sales process. Our team is seeking entry level & experienced closers along with lead generation representatives. All of these positions offer incredible opportunities for growth, with room to move into leadership roles, management, and higher. We look forward to hearing from you!

Responsibilities

  • Daily responsibilities vary based upon experience and role, ranging from generating and qualifying new customers to closing contracts through in-home sales presentations
  • Ensure a positive & high-quality customer experience throughout
  • Take part in continuous education and training opportunites to hone your craft and build your Sales/Customer Serive career

What we look for:

  • Prior experience in direct sales or a related role is a plus, especially in Solar, Pest control, TV, Mortgages, or Home Automation/Security system sales.
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a supportive call center environment
