Our closers are supported by trained appointment setters, strong ops, and leadership that cares about execution and scale.

The Role

As a Solar Sales Closer, your job is to:
Run qualified appointments, close clean deals, and lead by example.

You will:

  • Run preset appointments generated by setters

  • Conduct in-home solar consultations

  • Present value clearly and ethically

  • Close homeowners on solar solutions

  • Submit accurate contracts and paperwork

  • Work closely with ops to ensure clean installs

  • Track pipeline and performance metrics

Training & Support

  • Proven in-home sales framework

  • Scripted presentation flow

  • Objection handling systems

  • Deal support from leadership

  • Clean install and ops process

Who We’re Looking For

  • Prior sales experience (solar preferred, not required)

  • Strong closing mindset

  • Professional in-home presence

  • Ability to manage your own pipeline

  • High personal accountability

  • Comfortable with commission-based income
