Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation of solar energy systems from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage a team of installers, providing training, support, and leadership to ensure high performance.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of installations.
- Conduct site assessments and prepare installation plans based on client requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations and report on progress to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of solar installation or construction management experience
- Experience managing field teams and multiple active projects
- Knowledge of photovoltaic systems and electrical construction practices
- Understanding of NEC and local permitting requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project locations
