Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and reliable Area Manager to support residential solar projects in and around Allentown PA. You will lead and oversee residential solar construction operations in your designated region ensuring the successful implementation of solar installation team management and operational excellence. This is a pivotal role for a dynamic leader with a passion for renewable energy and a proven track record in management. This is a salaried position with monthly bonus opportunities for leading your teams to complete quality and efficient residential solar installations. Job Description Recruit train and manage high-performing installation crews electricians technicians and warehouse staff. Ensure on-time high-quality solar installations in line with safety standards company procedures budget and customer expectations. Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvements in installation timelines quality customer satisfaction and cost efficiency. Champion safety and ensure teams adhere to OSHA standards and the companys safety policies and PPE requirements. Resolve escalated customer or job site issues with professionalism and urgency. Manage team schedules and pay reviews. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with crew members field leadership and customers. Drive a culture of accountability teamwork and continuous improvement to Set the Standard in residential solar.
