 A Customer Service Representative (CSR) acts as the primary liaison between clients and cleaning technicians, responsible for handling inquiries, scheduling services, resolving complaints, and processing payments to ensure high customer satisfaction. Key duties include managing phone/email inquiries, managing dispatch systems, and maintaining accurate client records. Managing Keap software and QB Online.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Communication: Answering phones, emails, and chats, providing information about cleaning products, services, and pricing.
  • Scheduling & Dispatch: Scheduling appointments, managing technician schedules, and coordinating dispatch using software to optimize efficiency.
  • Order Management: Taking orders, creating invoices, and processing billing, payments, or refunds.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Resolving complaints, handling special requests, and building relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintaining client files, documenting interactions in CRM systems, and providing updates on service status. 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and telephone skills.
  • Proficiency in scheduling, dispatching, or CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous with distressed or demanding customers.
  • Knowledge of cleaning services, products, and industry safety protocols is a plus.
