This position is ideal for someone who thrives in an agile environment, enjoys working closely with development teams, and can translate complex business and user needs into clear, actionable product direction.

What You Can Expect

As a Product Manager III supporting instrument software, you will take ownership of key product areas and help drive delivery across active development initiatives. You will operate in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where priorities evolve and strong product judgment is essential.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Product Management leadership to contribute to and execute against the product roadmap
  • Translate business needs and user insights into clear product requirements and user stories
  • Work closely with software development teams in an agile environment to drive execution and delivery
  • Balance competing priorities and make informed trade-offs to maximize product impact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across R&D, engineering, and the business to align on priorities and outcomes
  • Support release planning and execution, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and expectations
  • Continuously refine processes and workflows to improve team efficiency and delivery predictability
  • Leverage customer insights, market trends, and internal feedback to inform product decisions
  • Act as a key liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding

What You Bring

  • 4-6+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or closely related roles
  • Proven experience working with software development teams in an agile environment
  • Strong experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and prioritization frameworks
  • Experience contributing to or owning product roadmaps and aligning work to strategic goals
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization, working across multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and evolving priorities

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with instrument-connected software or hardware + software ecosystems
  • Exposure to R&D or engineering-driven environments
  • Familiarity with diagnostics, healthcare, or life sciences domains
  • Experience with tools such as Jira or similar backlog management platforms
