Overview: Our partner is seeking a Software Engineer Team Leader to help drive modernization efforts for enterprise online banking applications. This role combines hands-on full stack software engineering with technical leadership responsibilities supporting a team of approximately 7-8 engineers.
The ideal candidate will balance active development work with mentorship, technical direction, stakeholder coordination, and delivery leadership. This is not a people management role, but it does require strong leadership presence and the ability to help teams remove obstacles and execute effectively.
