As a Software Engineer, the work you'll do will be impactful to the mission of the Department of Homeland Security. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining data processing pipelines and data ingestion workflows using Spring Boot, XML/XSLT, and related technologies. Design, implement, and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Java and Spring Boot in a distributed computing environment. Develop and optimize XML/XSLT-based data processing logic for structured and semi-structured data. Integrate with APIs, web services, and SQL and NoSQL databases to facilitate data exchange and validation. Troubleshoot and resolve data processing issues, ensuring accuracy, performance, and compliance with federal standards.
