Job Description:
Design, build, and deploy end-to-end Generative AI and agentic AI solutions, from prototype to production
Deliver LLM-powered applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and agentic frameworks
Champion software engineering best practices: clean code, robust testing, code reviews, and clear documentation
Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating and applying the latest AI/ML tools and techniques
Collaborate with global teams including program managers, QA, security, and UX to translate business needs into scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions
Bring creative energy to brainstorming sessions and help shape our products, processes, and team culture
Must Have:
Skilled software engineer with a passion for GenAI and a track record in building production-quality systems.
5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong Python skills for real-world application development.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, agentic systems, and tools like OpenAI API or GitHub Copilot.
Familiarity with RAG pipelines and agentic frameworks (such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI)
Experience integrating AI into enterprise software systems.
Solid understanding of AI/ML best practices and secure, responsible AI development.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and Windows-based development environments.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a global team.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
