Location: Onsite - Burnsville, MN (5 days per week, no remote/hybrid)

Compensation:

This position offers an annual salary range of $70,000-$100,000, based on experience, skills, and qualifications. This range represents a good‑faith estimate for this role. Position Summary

The Software Engineer will support the development and integration of a capital equipment software platform and related systems in a highly collaborative, onsite environment. This role will contribute to feature development, system integration, debugging, and testing activities while adhering to established Quality System requirements and environmental, health, and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and enhance software features for core applications and related components
• Debug and resolve software issues across multiple systems
• Support system integration efforts with internal and external platforms
• Write maintainable, well‑documented, and testable code
• Participate in technical design discussions and peer code reviews
• Support verification and validation activities, including unit, integration, and system‑level testing
• Contribute to technical and support documentation in documentation‑heavy development environments
• Perform other duties as assigned
