Position Summary:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a driven Software Engineer 3 to become a key member of our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using .NET Core and C# for backend, paired with React for frontend development.
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and implement process improvements.
  • Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to uphold coding standards and ensure quality.
  • Participate actively in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, coding, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Analyze project and business risks, proposing mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Enhance application performance through troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting information clearly and professionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in software development.
  • Strong expertise in React, .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • A commitment to learning and evolving with industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Work Environment:

This hybrid role is based in Maple Grove, Minnesota, with in-office work from Monday to Thursday and remote work on Fridays.
