Key Responsibilities
- Build and support bots across domains using Kore.ai platform.
- Provide SME-level support for troubleshooting application/platform issues.
- Lead technical design sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Guide developers, data scientists, and UX designers.
- Write and maintain unit/integration tests, runbooks, and production support documentation.
- Participate in design/code/test inspections and explain technical decisions.
- Support Gen AI features including knowledge/call summarization.
- Handle production incidents, define SLOs/SLAs for bots, and implement monitoring/telemetry.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing Agile team.
- Develop POCs, prototypes, and production-grade software.
Essential Technical Skills
- Languages: Java, Python, Node.js
- Web & Backend: REST, SOAP, RabbitMQ, WebSockets, JSON
- Databases: MongoDB, Redis
- Frontend: JavaScript, Angular.js, React.js, Vue.js
- DevOps/Cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure
- Webservers/Middleware: Nginx, Kafka, RabbitMQ
- OS/Tools: Linux/Unix, Shell, Bash, Ruby scripting
- Other: Experience with secure, highly available cloud platforms; server-side programming; code documentation
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of AI, ML, NLP, chatbots (especially Kore.ai)
- Cloud engineering experience across AWS / GCP / Azure
- Experience in Application Maintenance, Webserver/Middleware operations
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SDLC tools, and scalable architecture design
