Community Care is hiring a Software Developer I. This is a full-time salaried opportunity with flexible scheduling based out of our Milwaukee office.
We are seeking a developer with strong learning ability and a natural sense of curiosity. This person should be able to work independently when needed, collaborate effectively with peers, and navigate changing priorities with confidence. Desired experience includes JavaScript, MVC, and Blazor. We value individuals who explore problems deeply, communicate clearly, and contribute to a healthy, forward‑moving team culture.
Software Developer I Job Responsibilities:
Experience & Required Skills:
One year of direct programming/analysis experience and exposure to a major reporting package such as SQL Server Reporting Services (or similar package).

Candidates in the process of completing and near completion of the degree requirement with at least one year of project management or an additional year of the specified experience may be considered. Equivalent work experience may satisfy degree requirement.
Software Developer I Job Schedule:
Monday-Friday; Business Hours; 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Up to 90% remote work, with on-site presence required as needed. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be necessary depending on project timelines and operational priorities.
