The Software Developer is an IT Systems Integration role focused on developing, supporting, and maintaining custom applications and integrated services across the credit union. The role emphasizes software development, business process automation, integration services, and cloud-based solutions, with a secondary focus on contributing to agentic AI development initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and supporting custom solutions that ensure the integrity, quality, and availability of software and services. This role covers the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The role may also assist with designing, integrating, testing, and supporting AI-enabled automation solutions that use large language models, structured prompts, approved tool integrations, APIs, workflow orchestration, and appropriate human oversight. The role supports organizational efficiency by automating business processes, delivering new capabilities using modern platforms when appropriate, and reducing operational risk through frequent, automated releases and testing.

Base compensation for this role ranges from $106,600 – $181,324 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
