Software Developer Engineer in Test – SDET Engineer

Position: Contract to hire ( Only GC/USC) Must be local to Texas/South Carolina/State of Washington/Georgia/ArizonaMinimum 8-10 years of experience as an Automation SDETExperience in Banking/Mortgage is PreferredMust have Strong proficiency in C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.Must have Hands-on experience with test frameworks such as NUnit, MSTest, SpecFlow, Selenium, PlayWright, or similar.Must have Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) and test case management systems.Must have Solid understanding of relational databases and ability to write SQL queries.Familiarity with Git and branching strategies (e.g., Git Flow, Trunk-Based Development).Strong analytical and debugging skills, with experience in root cause analysis.Must have Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred: Experience with security testing or performance testing frameworks.Preferred: Exposure to financial services or mortgage systemsPreferred: Experience building Enterprise Test Automation FrameworkPreferred: Knowledge of API testing and service virtualization.Preferred: Experience mentoring junior testers or developers.
