Software Developer
Location: Denver, CO (Onsite 4 days/week required)

Overview
We are seeking a Software Developer with strong experience in enterprise application development. This role requires onsite presence in Denver, CO four days per week and focuses on building, enhancing, and maintaining scalable enterprise systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java 17, Spring Boot, cloud technologies, and distributed systems, working within a structured SDLC environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, code, configure, test, debug, and document application systems
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications
- Review functional, design, and analysis documents and provide feedback
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality and consistency
- Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews
- Develop and maintain system and operational documentation
- Follow SDLC processes throughout development lifecycle
- Support enterprise application development activities
Required Skills
- Java 17 and Spring Boot
- Oracle, MongoDB, and/or DynamoDB
- Kafka (event-driven architecture)
- AWS cloud experience
- Datalog
- Splunk or similar SRE/observability tools
- AI-assisted development experience (preferred per role description)
- 10+ years of experience (as stated in job description)
- Ability to work onsite in Denver, CO (4 days/week)
